About Me:

I created Live On Wellness in 2018 to offer support and personalized coaching to enable everyone in the gluten-free community to reach their health and nutrition goals, so they can "live on" in wellness. 

My own Live On Wellness journey started in 2010, when after giving birth to twins, I was diagnosed with celiac disease and thyroid cancer. Throughout my struggle with these health issues, I learned firsthand about the use and importance of elimination diets, healing the gut microbiome, improving the immune system through food, and the importance of reaching and maintaining health and wellness.  This experience ignited a spark inside me to want to support others going through a wellness journey.  In 2018, I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied over one hundred different dietary theories, explored how all areas of our lives affect our health and wellbeing, and became a certified Integrative Health and Nutrition Coach, so I could help others transform their lives and live on in wellness.

I would be honored to guide you through your own Live on Wellness Journey. There are many ways we can work together, all of which can be customized for your needs and lifestyle. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you have.


  • Initial Consultation: during this 60 minute session we will discuss your health history, ​specific goals and challenges you are facing, and lay out a plan for how we can work together. 

  • Coaching Sessions: during our coaching sessions you will learn how to:  

    • heal your gut microbiome​ from gluten exposure 

    • transition to a healthy gluten-free diet without deprivation 

    • live a safe and healthy gluten-free lifestyle while dining out and attending all types of social gatherings and situations 

    • avoid cross contact 

    • make your home a safe zone

    • transform your kitchen and pantry so you can always have healthy gluten-free foods available 

    • read food labels so you can avoid hidden sources of gluten

    • read product labels (health care, beauty, supplements, medications, etc) so you can avoid hidden sources of gluten

    • shop with confidence at any supermarket or store

    • speak confidently with restaurant staff, store owners,  manufacturers, and others who can help keep you safe from gluten exposure

    • cook healthy gluten-free meals for yourself and/or your family

    • find healthy gluten-free alternatives for gluten containing foods

    • be prepared for any food situation you may encounter

    • travel anywhere while maintaining a healthy gluten-free lifestyle

    • enhance your healthy gluten-free lifestyle by exploring important areas of your life such as relationships, sleep, stress management, self-care, physical activity, career, spiritual practices, and home cooking
